13-7a-101 - Title.

This chapter is known as “Breastfeeding Protection Act.”

13-7a-102 - Definitions.

As used in this chapter: 13-7a-102(1) “Breastfeeding” means the act of a woman breastfeeding a child. 13-7a-102(2) “Breastfeeding” includes lactation.

13-7a-103 - Breastfeeding location and conduct.

A woman may breastfeed in any place of public accommodation, as defined in Section 13-7-2 .
